1. What is ±0.005 mm tolerance?
This tolerance indicates that every feature on your part will fall within ±0.005 mm of the specified nominal dimension. We achieve this level of precision by utilizing high-accuracy CNC machines, in-process probing for real-time measurement, and rigorous statistical process control (SPC) throughout production.
2. How does 5-axis CNC differ from 3-axis?
A 3-axis CNC machine moves the cutting tool along the X, Y, and Z axes only, whereas a 5-axis CNC machine adds two rotational axes (A and B). This enables the tool to approach the workpiece from virtually any direction, allowing undercuts and complex geometries to be machined in a single setup—resulting in faster cycle times and improved dimensional accuracy.
3. Which materials can you machine?
We machine a broad spectrum of materials: aluminum alloys (e.g., 6061, 7075), stainless steels (e.g., 304, 316), titanium grades (e.g., Grade 5), and engineering plastics (e.g., PEEK, Delrin). For guidance on selecting the right material and recommended surface treatments, please refer to our Materials & Surface Treatment Guide.
4. Can you provide a turnkey service?
Absolutely. In addition to precision machining, we offer comprehensive turnkey solutions including assembly, secondary operations (such as anodizing or passivation), and custom packaging. Let us know your full requirements, and we’ll deliver a complete, ready-to-use component.
