Yes. A photo with key dimensions is enough to start; if available, CAD (STEP/IGES) or a PDF drawing speeds up DFM and pricing.

What tolerances can you hold?

Typical: ±0.01 mm for most machining. Up to ±0.002 mm is achievable on defined features with a proper datum scheme, validated by CMM.

Do you support prototypes and production?

Yes. We support one-off prototypes through production ramp, with CTQ monitoring (SPC) when required for repeatable lots.

NDA & IP protection?

NDA-ready. We can sign mutual or one-way NDAs; access to files is controlled, and deletion is available on request.

What’s the typical lead time?

Most quotes: within 24 hours after review. Build lead time depends on process, quantity, and finishing—your quote will include a clear schedule.

Accepted file types & size limits?

Files: STEP/STP/IGS/STL/PDF/DWG. Limits: single file ≤ 100 MB, total ≤ 500 MB (split large sets if needed).
