We accept STEP, STP, IGS, STL, PDF, and DWG files. Multiple uploads are supported up to 100MB per file and 500MB total.

Yes. We can sign your NDA or you can use our template. All files are stored securely with access restricted to our quotation and engineering team.

How fast will I get a quote?

We acknowledge within 4 business hours. Simple parts are quoted within 24 hours, and complex assemblies typically within 48–72 hours.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Our typical machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. On defined features with proper datum schemes, we can validate up to ±0.002 mm by CMM inspection.

Do you support prototypes and production?

Yes. We manufacture both prototypes and large-volume production, applying SPC with target CPK ≥ 1.67 on CTQs for mass production.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. We provide CMM dimensional reports, FAI, material and finish certificates, and lot-level traceability documentation if required.
